Mohammad Zafar, M.D.

Dr. Zafar joined Shore Nephrology in 2019.  He graduated from King Edward Medical University, Lahore, Pakistan in 2009, receiving his medical degree. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, NY.  Dr. Zafar completed his Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worchester, MA.  

Dr. Zafar is the medical director of the DaVita Jackson Dialysis and rounds at DaVita Wall Township at Home unit, which specializes in peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
